Rob Spee is a Global IT Channel Professional, Entrepreneur, and founder of ROCA Partners, Inc., an IT Channel Consulting firm.

Rob’s expertise is in accelerating growth and opening new routes to market through 1 and 2-tier distribution channels.  Over the past 20 years, he has developed an expertise in executing visionary channel strategies, building global partner ecosystems, and developing performance-driven channel organizations.

Rob has built and led channel sales and marketing teams as a high-growth independent software vendor, a bootstrapped startup reseller, and a Fortune 150 distributor.   Along the way, he has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to develop visionary channel strategies and roll up his sleeves to make it happen.

This broad and diverse experience in a wide variety of software and SaaS technologies gives Rob a unique perspective on the channel that helps him to provide exceptional value to the companies and clients with whom he works.

Rob got his start as a Drilling Engineer working on offshore oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico after earning a Petroleum Engineering degree from Colorado School of Mines.  He earned an MBA in International Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management, transitioned into high-tech and launched his channel career as an International Channel Account Manager covering Europe and Latin America.

Intrigued by foreign cultures at a young age, Rob developed his international business and foreign language skills studying, living, and working in Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.

When not pursuing his passion of working in the channel, you’ll find Rob out cycling, skiing, sailing, and spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters.
